On Thursday 22nd and Thursday 23rd December 'Hilperton Presents ...' returned to the Village Hall with a superb production of "Present Fears".

This play, written by long time collaborator Graham Billing, described the travails of Ottilie and her faithful and long suffering friend Francesca over one Christmas season. A succession of visitors and deliveries finds them living out a famous English carol with hilarious consequences.

The cast included many well known to 'Hilperton Presents ...' with Emily Clark and Heather Greatwood starring as Ottilie and Francesca and the many visitors played by Colin Lindsez, Ian Greatwood, Charlie Barker, Fraser Gibson, Laura Oakley, Liberty Williams, Ernie Clark, Ros Brown, Ellen Boswell, Kathi Walker, Sally Lacey and Molly Smith. Once again the play was directed by Pam Turner and produced by Sonja Kotevska with assistance from Ros Brown, Ros Huggins, Dave Trethewey, Mike Lacey, Paul Staddon and Tim Davies.

Packed houses on both nights resulted in over £800 being raised towards the cost of a major upgrade to  emergency lighting and fire alarm systems in the hall.

A gallery of photos from the production can be found HERE.

A big thank you to writer Graham Billing, to the cast and crew of 'Hilperton Presents ...' and to all those who attended over the two evenings.
