The hall is readily avaliable to hire to all members of the public, we encourage our users to use the hall in all sorts of ways. Whether its joining one of our many clubs & activities or creating an event of your own and inviting all your friends & family to join in.

Hilperton Village Hall Fees 2011

(Maximum seating 120 only)

These prices include ONE bar session, caretaker's fees, all heating and use of kitchen.

"PARTIES" (3 hours)....£50.00 (Bar facilities are not available.)(Booking confirmed at the discretion of the Management Committee)

If the bar is required for both afternoon and evening:

(2.00pm - 5.00pm & 8.00pm - 11.00pm) .... £30.00 extra

Names of Attendees & Fees required one month in advance

All Rubbish must be removed from the Hall. Please note Fire Exits

Hirers will be liable for their own public liability
